This is a coalition of various individuals and groups who collaborate to advocate certain missions and scientific priorities for exploring and developing the Moon.

Click on the files link to view documents being worked on. Feel free to download the documents edit them and re-submit. We propose that when the authors announce they are satisified that each paper is complete, then that paper can become covered by the GNU Public License. Until then, copyright ownership resides with the contributors and coauthors.

This site enables collaboration in preparing white papers to submit to NASA and other agencies in response to public requests for information and other public comment and input.

We are currently working on white papers for NASA, in response to this invitation:

We can put the drafts into the private group files area.

There we can view them and edit them before they are submitted to NASA or published.

There is no limit to the number of ideas which can be submitted.
